What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in personal and commercial lines.
• Educate clients on their coverage options to help them make confident, informed decisions.
• Work closely with our internal service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Generate and follow up on leads through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maximize your earning potential with new business and renewal commissions.
• Refer clients to life and benefits specialists and earn additional income.

What We’re Looking For:

• Driven, energetic individuals with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication and people skills—whether it’s over the phone or face-to-face.
• Organized, self-motivated, and eager to thrive in a fun and competitive environment.
• Prior insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll help you grow.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
