What You’ll Do:


  • Be the go-to resource for client communications, providing timely, helpful service by phone, email, or chat.
  • Process and track claims while keeping clients informed every step of the way.
  • Support Client Account Managers with file maintenance using our CRM and cloud storage systems.
  • Issue certificates, endorsements, and assist with billing needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and carriers, earning trust and loyalty.
  • Encourage referrals and 5-star reviews by delivering memorable experiences.
  • Cross-sell products that meet client needs and enhance their protection.
  • Help with mail, phones, and special projects as assigned.
  • Take part in training and development opportunities that grow your skills.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 2+ years of customer service experience (insurance quoting/servicing in the U.S. is highly preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 or above) and strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating systems, databases, and digital tools.
  • A proactive, friendly attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A reliable internet connection (Fiber Optic, 50mbps or higher).
